General Show Information

Will there be shuttle bus service to the show?

Shuttle bus services will be provided March 7-11 at most Official Show Hotels through the purchase of your Badge-Pack unless within walking distance.

Ride the Monorail free!

All IFPE & CONEXPO-CON/AGG Exhibitor Badge-Packs include a 7-day monorail pass.  Scan your Badge-Pack QR code at the monorail gate to ride free. Day 1 of your monorail pass is activated when you ride for the first time.

Where can I find information about transportation once I arrive Las Vegas?

Complete information on shuttle schedules, taxi pick-up and drop-off locations, monorail schedules, parking and much more is listed in the transportation section located on the show website.   

Where should I pick up/drop off passengers at the show?

The South Hall entrance off Swenson Drive and the Westgate Hotel Conference Center parking lot are designated for passenger drop-off and pickup only, no parking is allowed.

How do I rent a scooter/wheelchair?

Scootaround is proud to be the exclusive provider of mobility solutions at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Through their onsite locations, you can rent scooters and wheelchairs for IFPE & CONEXPO-CON/AGG.  These will be available onsite at the FedEx Kinko’s, located in the South Hall and Grand Concourse of the Las Vegas Convention Center. Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during show days.  For more information, call +1-888-441-7575. These will also be available in the Gold Lot and Bronze Lot near the shuttle bus areas during all show days from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm.

Where can I check my coat/bags?

FedEx Business Services will provide bag and coat check service for a nominal charge per item. The two locations will be in the Bronze and Gold lots near the full service registration areas. Hotel Shuttle busses drop off at these locations.

Where is the lost and found?

Lost items at the Las Vegas Convention Center may be claimed or turned in at the LVCVA Security Office (near Central Hall 4 in the Grand Lobby concourse) phone number 702-732-7400. Lost items at the Westgate Hotel may be claimed or turned in at the Westgate Hotel Security Office, phone number 702-732-5414. Lost items left on the shuttle buses may be claimed or turned in at the Shuttle Bus Lost & Found, located in the Gold Lot.

Who should I contact in the event of an emergency?

If you are located in the Las Vegas Convention Center, DO NOT call 911. Please contact the LVCVA Security Office at 702-892-7400. They will dispatch medical personnel to the scene.

If you are located in the Westgate Convention Center, DO NOT call 911. Please contact the Westgate Security Office at 702-732-5414 or 5414 on a house phone. They will dispatch medical personnel to the scene.

Where can I go for basic first aid assistance?

For routine first aid go to one of the first aid stations located during the show in the LVCC. The first aid stations locations are Central Lobby near the Security Office, Northwest Lobby near North Hall 2 and South Hall first floor in the West Lobby. View map of the first station locations.

Will there be a Mobile App available for the show this year?

Yes, search IFPE or CONEXPO-CON/AGG in your app store to download the official show app and get the most out of your time at the show.

Will there be interpretation services at the show?

Yes, there will be interpretation services available within the International Trade Center (ITC) located on the 2nd floor of the Grand Lobby in room N250. These interpreters cannot leave the ITC and have a 2-hour time limit. If you need to hire interpreters for your booth, reference the Exhibitor Services Manual. Interpreters in the ITC will be available in the following languages: Spanish, Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian, German, Japanese, Korean, French, and Italian. 

How can I learn about export financing, opportunities and regulatory issues?

The U.S. Department of Commerce has selected IFPE & CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2017 for the International Buyer Program (IBP). The U.S. Commercial Service specialists, in partnership with Show Management, will provide a range of complimentary services in the International Trade Center for exhibitors and international delegates to facilitate their business matchmaking prospects among other services.  Please find complete descriptions for these services through the link listed above.

How can I connect with attendees from other countries?

The Export Interest Directory is a free directory of the exhibitors interested in direct sales, distributorships, joint ventures and other business opportunities in specific overseas markets. To add information, login to your Exhibitor Dashboard and select the Exhibitor Directory Listing where you can add or manage export opportunities. 

Will there be a room for nursing mothers at the show?

Yes, the Las Vegas Convention Center now has three Mother’s Rooms to provide a quiet, private space for mothers while at the show.  The rooms are located across from N253 North Hall and east of S228 Upper Level Bridge Complex, in the South Hall and a portable Mamava Suite that will be located on the first level near the entrance of N3 in the North Hall.

Will there be a prayer room located at the show?

Yes, there will be a prayer room located in the Westgate Convention Center in Conference Room 14. This conference room will be located in the CONEXPO-CON/AGG Education Area.

Am I allowed to use my service animal during the show and set-up?

Yes, service animals are always welcome. Refer to the American Disabilities Act (ADA) for the definition of a service animal. Separately, permission for any animal to be in booth as part of exhibit must first be approved by Show Management, then by the Convention Services Manager (CSM). Certain rules and policies will need to be followed and insurance documents will need to be provided.


Is there a free badge allotment for exhibitors?

No, all exhibitor personnel must purchase a Badge-Pack to access the show floor.  This can be done by going through the Exhibitor Dashboard by your designated contact.

What is the registration fee for a Badge-Pack?

Badge-Pack fees vary depending on the dates you register and member* or non-member type.  Complete information about these fees are available online.

*Companies who are members of Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM), National Stone, Sand & Gravel (NSSGA), National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA), National Fluid Power Association (NFPA) and Power Transmission Distributors Association (PTDA).

Where can I go to pick up my Badge-Packs or register onsite?

Badges will not be mailed in advance. There are multiple ways you can pick up your Badge–Packs once you arrive in Las Vegas. Make sure you are registered prior to arriving at the show (even if you are already in Vegas!) and you can pick your Badge–Packs up at one of 12 locations before you arrive at the show. If you have not registered before you arrive at the show, need changes/edits or have a balance due, the three full service registration counters at the show can help you. All registrants are required to present their ID. Get your Badge-Pack!

Can I pick up Badge-Packs for other people in my exhibitor group?

A group contact can pick up Badge-Packs for the group but will be solely responsible for distribution to the group.  To do this you will have to present your ID along with the confirmations including the barcodes to be scanned. 

Show Badges & Lanyards

Attendees and Exhibitors must wear the official IFPE & CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2017 Show Badge-Pack to access the exhibits and meeting space locations. Lost badges are charged a replacement fee equal to the amount originally paid. Lanyards can be picked up in the registration areas and near the shuttle and taxi areas.

How do I get access to the exhibit hall for set-up/tear-down crew that will not be working my booth during the show?

Exhibitors and their appointed contractors (EAC’s) can pick-up complimentary Work Passes for company personnel and all registered EAC’s to access the exhibit hall during official dates of installation and dismantling. Work Pass buttons will be distributed at security check points in the Gold, Silver & Bronze lots as well as the west end of South Hall and the Monorail for clearance. If your company personnel and/or EAC’s need to gain access to the show floor, during show days, they will need to be registered for a show badge.

What is the cancellation policy for Badge-Pack registration?

Badges are non-refundable; however, name substitutions are allowed for no additional fee.

What if I lost my Badge-Pack?

Lost Badge-Packs are charged a replacement fee equal to the amount originally paid.

How do I register a guest?

Guests must be registered on the attendee website.  

Can I invite or register my customers and/or dealers at a reduced exhibitor Badge-Pack rate?

Go to exhibitor registration for more details on how to take advantage of the up to $100 discount per registration.

What if I lost my username and password to register my company for badges/hotel rooms?

Every exhibitor was sent a username and password from service@mapyourshow.com with log-in information for your company shortly after you were assigned a booth space. If you have misplaced the email, use the “Forgot ID or Password” option to resend your password, or call Map Your Show at 1-888-527-8823.

What are the fees for onsite IFPE Education Sessions and where can I find detailed information on all sessions?

What is included in my Exhibitor Package Plan?

There are many things included in your paid booth space. For a complete list, please go to the Exhibitor Service Manual in the Show Information section and chose Exhibitor Package Plan document.

How do I get a GES login to order items in the Exhibitor Service Manual electronically?

If you have used GES for other shows, you can utilize the same login, or have your credentials resent. If this is your first GES show, you can create an account when ordering from them in the Exhibitor Service Manual. This login is different from your Exhibitor Dashboard. If you have questions, contact GES customer service at 800-801-7648.

Where can I find information on shipping my materials and move-in?

See the Exhibitor Service Manual for this information and you will find sections titled Target Maps and Shipping, Drayage & Material Handling. Each exhibitor has been assigned targeted unload dates for equipment and booth materials and move-in dates to begin setup.

What is the difference between shipping to the warehouse in advance and direct shipping to show site? 

Advance Shipment to Warehouse:  The deadline for shipments to arrive in advance was February 22, so this option is no longer available. 

Direct Shipping to Show Site:  For exhibitors shipping directly to the show site check the Target Installation Maps to determine dates and times your shipment should arrive. Click on the tab called Direct Shipping to Show Site for address to use on the shipping labels.  Use the following link to view and/or print shipping labels. Print Labels for Shipping. Please note Marshalling Yard information to provide to your freight carrier.

When does my exhibit need to be set and when can I dismantle post show?

Every exhibitor has been assigned a target unload date & target move-in date. To determine your assigned target dates and times, find your booth number and match the color to the key on the targeted move-in floor plan. On your unload date, anything you have shipped to the show in advance will be brought to your booth. If you are having a truck deliver machinery and/or materials to the show, this is the date you should arrange for them to arrive. Note, the target time is for check-in at the Marshalling Yard only. Actual unloading can take many hours. On your set-up day, you can begin to set up your booth. Please schedule labor AFTER your target date. Where can I unload my pickup truck, mini-van, SUV, or smaller personally owned vehicle?

Check in at the Tear Drop lot located at 5200 Paradise road. At the lot, they will determine your booth location and send you to the appropriate unloading area at the LVCC as space allows. Due to the size of the exhibit floor and the extremely limited parking availability, there is no hand carry available for this show.

Where can I unload my U-Haul Truck, box van, trailer, etc.?

Check in at the Marshalling Yard at 2982 West Post Road. At the yard, your shipment will be processed just like a semi-truck or regular freight carrier. You will be given a door pass nearest your booth location and it will be unloaded in the normal material handling process.  

When do I need to have my crates ready for removal?

A clean floor policy will be implemented for CONEXPO-CON/AGG and IFPE 2017. All crates must be labeled and ready for pick up by 5:00 PM on Sunday March 5 in all halls and lots. Crates not labeled and ready for pick-up will be removed regardless of status. Labor and equipment charges will apply if this policy is not met. 
All cardboard, fiber cases and access storage items must be labeled and ready for pick-up by 1:00 pm on Monday, March 6 in all halls and lots. All aisles must be 100% clean of product, ladders, gang boxes or any other items that may impede the final aisle clean up and installation of aisle carpet by 5:00 pm on Monday, March 6. Empty stickers can be picked up at the Exhibitor Service Centers (see below).

Where are the exhibitor service desks located?

Exhibitor Service Centers will begin operation on February 27 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. There are two types of centers:

  • Full Service desks
    • Staffed with all the official vendor personnel
    • Central Hall 3 Tunnel and S115-116
  • Satellite Service Desks
    • GES only with a telephone that rings to the one of the main service desks
    • Gold Lot North, Gold Lot South, C102, S215-216, N260
Am I required to have a certificate of insurance? If so, where do I send it?

Yes, all exhibitors must have a certificate of insurance on file for the show. For information, see page 23 of the Show Rules & Regulations document. Certificates of Insurance can be faxed to 414-272-2672 or emailed to insurance@ifpe.com. Here is a sample template to help you fill out the form.

Who do I contact to order carpeting, furniture, electricity, lead retrieval or other services for my booth?

You can find all of the forms you need to order these materials, along with many other options, in the Exhibitor Service Manual.

What is the last day that I can order show services online through GES the general contractor?

Plan to place your orders by Wednesday February 22 to use the online ordering system in the Exhibitor Manual. If you are using a form, found in the printed version of manual, you can still Fax this to the number listed on form and it will be sent to show to process.  Official Move-In begins February 27 and Exhibitor Service Desks will be available for last minute requests.

What kind of sponsorships are available?

How can I edit my company information for the online directory?

You can update your Exhibitor Listing at any time by logging in to your Exhibitor Dashboard.  Every exhibitor was sent a username and password from service@mapyourshow.com with login information for your company shortly after you were assigned a booth space. If you have misplaced the email, use the “Forgot ID or Password” option to resend your password, or call Map Your Show at 1-888-527-8823.

What are some of the things I can do in my Exhibitor Dashboard?

Once you are logged in to the dashboard you will see a series of tiles with a primary title or feature.  When you click on that tile there may be other sub-features. For example, if you click on the Market Your Booth tile it will open 7 more sections. This is where you can access your hotel and registration information or update your online directory listing.  Please take the time to familiarize yourself with all the tools available.

Are printing and other business services available onsite? 

FedEx has locations at the Las Vegas Convention Center that offer a variety of business services.  Visit the online store to find out more about what they have to offer. 

hat is the process for FedEx shipments after show close? Do I need to take them to FedEx?

Yes, all shipments that for FedEx will need to be taken to the FedEx Business Centers in South Hall 1, in the Grand Lobby near Central 1, or in the Grand Concourse across from the Central 3 entrance. Exhibitors can take the shipment to FedEx themselves, or they can hire GES labor to take them. Please note, there is a minimum labor charge of 1 hour to hire GES.

I heard that there would be a New On-Site Exhibitor Customer Service Text Program; can you provide some information about this?

Yes, do you need some help finding the service desk or have a problem in your booth? The on-site customer service team will be able to support your questions with our new texting program. Just text the number 69050 and then in the message body add the keyword that matches the lot/hall your booth is in, followed by your booth number and question or issue.

Keyword codes are not case sensitive and must be entered with every new issue or question.

  • AEM1 for Gold Lot/Hall
  • AEM2 for North/Central Hall & Grand Lobby
  • AEM3 for Silver Lots
  • AEM4 for Bronze Lot/Hall
  • AEM5 for South Hall 1 & 2 and Lower South Lobby

What are the dates for the next CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE trade show?

The CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE 2020 show will take place March 11 – 15, 2020, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

How do I sign up for the 2020 show?

Exhibit space sales for CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2020 will begin in spring of 2018. The exact date for the sales launch, and the 2020 space rates are to be determined. Keep an eye on www.conexpoconagg.com/Exhibit for more details next spring!
